Review:

I have a strange craving for sushi after playing this game….It’s a good distraction, and it’s something different from the masses. It’s also 100% kid friendly. And sorta addicting. You rack up combos by doing tricks and landing at the right angle. It’s not something I’ll be playing for days but it is sort of fun.  The downside is that there’s really only so much a dolphin can do.  That is to say spin backwards, spin forwards and jump higher.  The things I like about this game are the same things I love about freakstyle on you can do way way more tricks on a bike than a dolphin can.

The Good:

  • Good graphics and sound
  • It’s fun.
  • Good game mechanics.

The Bad:

  • While It’s a cool concept there is only so much a dolphin can do.  The moves get same old same old after awhile

Review:

This is some old school Dungeons and Dragons.  Pick a quest form your party and set of for fame, glory, or more likely gruesome death.  It’s good, multiple quests and multiple levels on each quest.  I suspect I’ll lose hours to this one.  I’m giving it 4 so it has somewhere to reach.  It needs bigger levels and an ability to go back up after you’ve gone down a level. The ability to use potions during combat would also be nice. Actually it would be cool if you could wonder the lands and venture into dungeons and just walk back to town rather than needing a scroll too.

The Good:

  • Lots of loot (items) to pillage and plunder.
  • It’s fun.
  • Random map generation, play a different game each time.

The Bad:

  • This isn’t necessarily a bad but it’s old school turned based combat, don’t expect a hack and slash slugfest.

Review:

This is something different for those of you who like puzzle games like me.  It’s not flashy, but it’s polished.  The first few levels are pretty simplistic, but stick with it.  It gets fairly challenging pretty quick.  The idea is great but the thing you move around is a little pulsing cube..Could have given it way more points for better graphics.

The Good:

  • New (to me) kind of puzzle game.
  • Simple concept, potentially challenging puzzles.

The Bad:

  • The graphics aren’t great, event though game play has a lot of polish this game probably won’t be popular because it has an amateur feel.

Review:

I was iffy about posting this review for a few reasons.  You can play for free as much as you’d like but you do have to pay money to buy land.  Also, I’m not entirely convinced that this is a game at all.  That said you can make money for your character and either cash out or spend it in the game without spending a dime.  There are also plenty of free games in the game to play either by yourself or with friends.  I had a particularly good time dueling on this island with a lighthouse.  There is so much amazing user created content you can just wonder around forever looking at things.  If you’re easily offended, especially by sexual content this “game” is definitely not for you and I wouldn’t let my child anywhere near it.  The world allows an amazing amount of freedom to create objects, scripts, sounds and more, this allows players to create anything they could dream up and they.  Some people have scary dreams…..At any rate simply for the amazing amount of content to wonder through, the bizarreness of it all and because it’s closer to the world of Snowcrash than anything I’ve seen yet this game is worth your time to check out.  That said I’m going to stay far far away, there’s too much there and I could waste my life away wondering from bizarre place to bizarre place just taking in the sites.

The Good:

  • More good user created content than you could possibly imagine.
  • Create, well anything.
  • Make money.
  • There’s truly no limit to the possibilities.

The Bad:

  • Not for the easily offended

A barrel full of fun. Conquer the land by running through 15 epic battles. Upgrade your units and more importantly pit the right combatants against your enemies to come out on top. The game has a good feel, and fun game play. Lots of different units and your start somewhere different depending on what race you start as. I like it a lot.

The Good:

  • It’s different then the other flash games out there.
  • Good game mechanics
  • Good sound.
  • Fun.

The Bad:

  • Not much bad here.

Here’s something a bit different.  Pop quiz: You’re driving an indestructible tank through enemy territories, but your out of ammo.  How do you destroy the enemy aircraft and ground vehicles?? Wait for them to bomb your vehicle (launching it into the air) and then steer it into the assaulting vehicles and aircraft of course!  This game is a lot of fun.  Good graphics, good premise, good feel.

The Good:

  • Good solid game mechanics.
  • Nice graphics.
  • Fun.

The Bad:

  • Not much bad here.

It’s got robots and time travel.  Almost as good as zombies in my book.  Great premis.  I like the idea of interacting with past versions of myself.  The levels are fun and game play is polished.  If you like quick puzzlish games it’s worth checking out.

The Good:

  • Good graphics and polish.
  • The puzzles are fresh.

The Bad:

  • The music could probably get anoying after awhile.

And now for something completely different.  This game kinda reminds of that Japanesse game where you roll the ball around.  That being said said it’s nothing like it.  Pretty simple premise but with the querky gaphics and sound it’s a barrel full of fun.  Check it out.

The Good:

  • Cute, fun graphics
  • Fun.

The Bad:

  • My mouse tracking seemed to lag a bit.

Wow it’s like they went into the future read my complaints and then wrote a new version that fixed em all so it would be ready for me to play just after I finished writing my review. Same great slick feel, even multi-wall bounce and kicking snail shells around, and color, and more stuff. This is a must play, and I must go play now. Bye!

The Good:

  • Nice, Hip Graphics
  • Cool moves
  • Excellent feel.

The Bad:

  • Nothing to complain about.
